The object of the game is to collect 10 activity cards while spinning you way around a foreplay enhanced wheel of darkly sensual foreplay acts. One card is drawn per spin, but watch out for the Weakness cards, because they'll stop you from collecting on your next turn. You can choose to perform the foreplay activities as they appear, or keep track and save them all up for the end of the game, along with the all or some of the won activity cards.
